Returns Policy
When you buy goods from our website, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Other than what above
If you change your mind we will issue a refund for orders cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods. No questions asked!
Once the return has been agreed you must return the goods at your own cost within the following 14 days.
The returned items must be unused, in the original packaging and include all labels. Upon inspection of the returned items, we will issue the relevant refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
